1. Overview
At Brantley Sites, all projects are handled with care and transparency. This policy outlines how refunds are handled so there are no surprises on either side.
2. Project Deposits
All projects require a deposit before work begins. This deposit covers the initial discovery, planning, and design work carried out at the start of your project.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Once work has begun, time and resources have already been committed to your project. If you choose to cancel after the deposit has been paid, the deposit will not be returned.

All projects include a set number of revisions as agreed upon in your project proposal. Requests for work outside the agreed scope are not covered under this policy and will be quoted separately.
We do not offer refunds based on design preference once revisions have been used and the agreed scope has been delivered.
5. Maintenance Retainers
Monthly maintenance retainers can be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice. No refunds are issued for the current billing period once payment has been processed.
6. Delivery Guarantee
We guarantee delivery of your project within the agreed timeline. If we fail to deliver within that timeline due to reasons on our end, you are entitled to a partial refund or extended work at no additional cost — whichever you prefer.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your project, please contact us first at connect@brantleysites.com. We are committed to finding a fair solution and will respond within 3 business days.
